About Our Consultations
We accept patients without an appointment. However, making a reservation in advance by phone or through our website will allow for a smoother visit.
As we operate on an appointment-priority basis, you may be asked to wait during busy times.
If this is your first visit, please complete the Online New Client Form in advance.
Consultation Flow
To ensure a comfortable experience for first-time visitors, consultations follow the steps below.

Reservations can be made by phone, web, or LINE.
Walk-ins are also accepted, but contacting us in advance will help us guide you more smoothly.
First-time visitors can fill out the medical questionnaire in advance here.

Reception
Please present your patient card at reception.
First-time visitors should inform the reception staff. If you have not filled out the online questionnaire in advance, you will be asked to complete it.

Consultation, Examination & Treatment
We will ask about your pet’s symptoms and when they began.
Based on the information provided, we will propose appropriate examinations and treatments.

Payment & Medication
Medications will be provided at the time of payment.
We accept cash (Japanese yen only), credit cards, and various electronic payment methods.
*We do not accept payments in USD.

Pet insurance claims can be processed at the counter for ipet and Anicom.

Please keep dogs on a leash and bring cats in a carrier.
If there are any symptoms or changes in your pet’s daily environment, please let us know.
We will work together with you to choose the best care for your pet.

  • Medical records: vaccination certificates or any documents showing past treatments
